• Contact: name, email, clinic name, phone (via Tally.so forms)
• Inventory: vaccine/medication names, batch numbers, expiry dates
• Usage: interactions with our website, calculator, forms
• Payment: processed via Stripe (we never see full card numbers)

3. How We Use Data

• Expiry alerts and audit reports
• Account, billing, support communications
• Service improvement (aggregated, anonymized)
• Legal compliance (tax, regulatory)

4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Contract performance: software usage
• Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention

5. Data Retention

Contact data: while account active + 24 months after last interaction. Inventory data: 30 days post-cancellation unless law requires otherwise.

We do not sell or rent your data. Shared only with necessary processors:

• Vercel: hosting (anonymized access logs)
• Tally.so: contact forms and free audits
• Stripe: payment processing
• Calendly: demo scheduling

All processors are GDPR/CCPA compliant with signed DPAs.
